This strain is not to be toyed with. My dispensary’s lab analysis returned with thc levels between 28-30%. The bud had a strong smell of cheese, citrus, kush, hops, diesel and pine. I buy shatter and do dabs occasionally and I was left couch locked after smoking half a .5g joint. New users are warned to tread lightly

Pennywise has been my go-to strain for Cluster Headache pain management. I have debilitating headaches that come on within minutes, or wake me from a deep sleep, and reach a pain level of around 8 to 10 very rapidly. The extreme pain can make me very nauseous, restless, and anxious if left untreated. At the first sign of a headache, I vaporize about 200mg of finely ground bud, and within seconds I am feeling real pain relief. With every toke, the pain in my head is reduced by about one point value. After 10 tokes and about 15 minutes later, I have no headache pain and I am able to get back to sleep. This strain is definitely a super heavy indica. I am left feeling very mellow, relaxed, sleepy, slightly euphoric and it does give me the munchies. I may or may not have had 15 tacos from del taco.

My favorite strain so far. I suffer from depression and anxiety, which quadruples with PMDD (a severe form of PMS) every month. This strain helps with all three. Felt very relaxed with very little head buzz. I highly recommend this strain for those who prefer the medical benefits this strain provides and still have a clear head.

Having had multiple back surgeries(fusions, screws, bolts) I live in chronic pain. This is by far the most effective strain I’ve had in quite some time. Now, if I could eventually swap out a pill for this, I will !! Along with the release of some pain (sciatica), it brings on a happy, relaxed mood.

I can see how some if not most phenotypes may feel like this description. I have only had this strain once and it was in shatter form…but i must say i LOVED it! The flavor is what grabbed me first. It was funny as i was describing the lineage before trying it, saying “it SHOULD taste like grape cookies…but we’ll see”…I was 100% right! TOO COOL

I discovered PennyWise at the Downtown Dispensary in Tucson. What a find! I deal with degenerative joint disease, degenerative disc disease, and PTSD. Pharmaceutical medicines often don’t agree with me (and usually don’t work, and have awful side effects). When I whiffed this excellent medicine, the aroma reached out and sucked me right into the jar. I bought an ounce. In six weeks, I’ve gone from taking three different kinds of sleeping pills to…NONE. After literally 40 years of night terrors I can finally go to bed like a normal person and fall asleep and sleep through the night. The anti-inflammatory medicine I’ve been dutifully swallowing for years and years…I’ve tapered off that. My joint pain is no worse, and is getting steadily better, the longer I use my PennyWise. KILLS PAIN. I got some Pennywise BHO on 4/20/15 and it showed me nature put a safe painkiller in a flower — and it’s called Cannabis, not Opium Poppy! I’d just been diagnosed with shoulder tendinitis, and that’s on top of widespread pain from fibromyalgia and TMJ issues with muscular pain in face/jaw/neck and occasional tension headaches. This is the first high-CBD strain I’ve tried and I was floored! Pennywise literally killed my pain after two big hits of my vape. This was maybe late-afternoon or early evening. And shockingly, the pain was still gone when I got up the next day, an effect that only started to fade later that day. I was conserving my BHO, not sure when I’d be able to get more. I didn’t “need” more for a few days. The pain continued to be decreased. This (and hopefully other high-CBD strains) is nothing short of a miracle in my mind and I think (and hope) it will be a game changer in the world of those suffering from severe pain.
