This is easily the best strain I’ve ever smoked, medicinally or recreationally, and I’ve smoked for 10 years. In terms of my conditions, I find this strain eliminates my chronic nerve pain, especially the breakthrough pain, and does absolute wonders on my anxiety. The 1:1 THC:CBD content really makes it the most effective for both of my conditions. It improves my mood dramatically and leaves me with a lot more cognitive function than any other strain I’ve tried. It tastes absolutely great; I remarked to my partner while I was smoking it, “It tastes like herbal candy!” Great stuff, I’d recommend it to anyone who needs a good indica.

My favorite strain so far. I suffer from depression and an anxiety disorder, and this strain treats both. Made me feel very relaxed with just a little head buzz. High in CBD is the way to go for me. Definitely recommend for anxiety and depression.

My favorite strain so far. I suffer from depression and anxiety, which quadruples with PMDD (a severe form of PMS) every month. This strain helps with all three. Felt very relaxed with very little head buzz. I highly recommend this strain for those who prefer the medical benefits this strain provides and still have a clear head.
One Issue –
KILLS PAIN. I got some Pennywise BHO on 4/20/15 and it showed me nature put a safe painkiller in a flower — and it’s called Cannabis, not Opium Poppy! I’d just been diagnosed with shoulder tendinitis, and that’s on top of widespread pain from fibromyalgia and TMJ issues with muscular pain in face/jaw/neck and occasional tension headaches. This is the first high-CBD strain I’ve tried and I was floored! Pennywise literally killed my pain after two big hits of my vape. This was maybe late-afternoon or early evening. And shockingly, the pain was still gone when I got up the next day, an effect that only started to fade later that day. I was conserving my BHO, not sure when I’d be able to get more. I didn’t “need” more for a few days. The pain continued to be decreased. This (and hopefully other high-CBD strains) is nothing short of a miracle in my mind and I think (and hope) it will be a game changer in the world of those suffering from severe pain.

I discovered PennyWise at the Downtown Dispensary in Tucson. What a find! I deal with degenerative joint disease, degenerative disc disease, and PTSD. Pharmaceutical medicines often don’t agree with me (and usually don’t work, and have awful side effects). When I whiffed this excellent medicine, the aroma reached out and sucked me right into the jar. I bought an ounce. In six weeks, I’ve gone from taking three different kinds of sleeping pills to…NONE. After literally 40 years of night terrors I can finally go to bed like a normal person and fall asleep and sleep through the night. The anti-inflammatory medicine I’ve been dutifully swallowing for years and years…I’ve tapered off that. My joint pain is no worse, and is getting steadily better, the longer I use my PennyWise. My stomach is much happier, too! This is beautiful weed, people. Whether you suffer from bodily pain, life trauma, or both, I hope you can find some of this healing medicine.

I’m not getting exactly what this review says. Yes, extremely harsh smoke, not one I enjoy, to say the least. Though, this is perfect for me before bed. This stuff is a serious hard hitter too. I’m hardcore, and no other strain hits me this hard, for some reason. And it’s not just THC level. Anyway, serious heavy head rush. Totally melted into this chair. Looking forward to bed. Great for pain and insomnia. Kills the stresses of the day.

The best strain I have smoked in a long time. Cinderella 99 is probably my all time fav, but this is a close second. the journey is exactly as described, the euphoria is wonderful. a case of deep laughs and enjoyment, not just the giggles. potent enough that even as a seasoned user I got a nice stone off it. heavy stress crusher. 10/10.

I think, you shouldn’t smoke Alpine Vape Oil Disposable Pen
after a productive day, because it doesn’t feel good when you already have low energy. I had to clean up my room and because of it’s high salary of Sativa I thought it would be much easier and better to do something, when I’m high and then chill out the evening, but it got me like Mike Tyson gave me an uppercut and I wasn’t able to do anything, except of lying around and noticing how useless I actually was in this moment xD But actually, it’s a great strain to smoke with friends and having a nice movie-evening ^-^

Pennywise is the strain that changed my life. It’s the first cannabis I’ve used in four years. I stopped because I had started having anxiety attacks every time I was high. It didn’t take many times for that to scare me off. I have anxiety and depression, and it’s such a relief to have found Pennywise. I felt nothing but positive impact on my chemicals after sipping vapor for a steady two hours. I paced myself and found that it was easy to get uplifting and relaxing effects without getting too stoned. That made it perfect for me to ease into being high again without the risk of an anxiety reaction. I did up the pace after a while, and found that it didn’t have any sativa “racy” effects. It is definitely an indica in the way it mellowed me, but with the twist of being uplifting that would make it a great social strain. It isn’t sedative. I’d definitely need something stronger for sleep. It’s perfect for all my other needs though.

Here we go. So this Pennywise was a 1:1 ratio of THC and CBD (9% of each to be exact) so then. Very cautious about taking anything with THC in it, or high amounts for sure, so Pennywise seemed like a good alternative to some others out there. It was a very mellow feeling….no racing heart just calm. No heavy headed feeling either. What a bonus there. Definitely will use again.
